Cancellation policy
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. If canceled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the fee will be 30% of the total price of the reservation. If you do not arrive, the fee will be 100% of the total price of the reservation. A deposit of 30% is charged at the time of booking, and is payable via online payment.
Terms of payment
The condition for confirming the binding reservation of services is the payment of a deposit in the amount of 30% of the price of the ordered services, which are generated by the system when booking. A deposit of 30% can be paid online using credit or debit card. The remaining amount will be charged upon arrival.
Check in, Check out
Check in is from 14:00 to 20:00, check out until 10:00. Later check in after 20:00 or check out after 10:00 by mutual agreement. Please contact us either by phone or email before arrival.

Child up to 3 years without bed
A fee of € 5 / night for a baby cot is charged on arrival. Breakfast for a child up to 3 years old is included in the price.

Accommodation with a pet
Yes, a small dog is allowed for an extra charge of € 5 / night, € 7 / night large dog. The fee is charged upon arrival.
