Cancellation policy
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. If canceled up to 14 days before date of arrival, the fee will be 30% of the total price of the reservation. If you do not arrive, the fee will be 100% of the total price of the reservation. A deposit of 30% is charged at the time of booking, and is payable via online payment.
Terms of payment
The condition for confirming the binding reservation of services is the payment of a deposit in the amount of 30% of the price of the ordered services, which are generated by the system when booking. A deposit of 30% can be paid online using credit or debit card. The remaining amount will be charged upon arrival.
Check in, Check out
Check in is from 14:00 to 20:00, check out until 10:00. Later check in after 20:00 or check out after 10:00 by mutual agreement. Please contact us either by phone or email before arrival.

Child up to 3 years without bed
A fee of € 10 / night for a baby cot is charged on arrival. Breakfast for a child up to 3 years old is included in the price.
A one-time fee of €10/ stay for a cot with equipment is charged during the stay upon request.
Extra bed
The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people. A fee of €30/night for an extra bed is charged during the reservation. Breakfast is also included in the price.
Accommodation with a pet
Yes it is allowed for an extra charge of € 10 / night dog. The fee is charged upon arrival.
Year-round surcharges
Tourist tax € 2 / night person older than 15 years charged on arrival.
Parking
Free private parking is available on site (reservation is not needed).
