Basic provisions

    1. B&B Enrico Ždiar, operated by Iveta Slebodová, Ždiar 209, 059 55 Ždiar. The accommodation facility is categorized as a ** class boarding house, which provides accommodation and catering services.
    2. These business conditions (hereinafter referred to as T&C’s) regulate the method of booking services provided by the pension operator, through the reception or online booking system on the website https://penzionenrico.sk, its subpages and subdomains.
    3. All conditions that are not regulated by these T&C’s are governed by the GTC and the accommodation regulations of the B&B published on the B&B website.

Selection and reservation of services

    1. The operator undertakes to provide and secure services to the extent that it offers them at the time of booking.
    2. When booking additional services, the customer is only entitled to provide the number of services that he has properly booked. The decisive factor in this case is the booking confirmation, which is a document for both the operator and the customer.
    3. The customer is at any time entitled to additional additions to the reservation and extension of the reserved services even after the reservation has been made.

Terms of payment

    1. The services offered on the https://penzionenrico.sk/en/ website can be paid for by credit / debit card.
      When choosing to pay by credit / debit card, the condition for confirming a binding reservation of services is the payment of a deposit of 30% of the price of the ordered services, which are generated by the system when booking.

Cancellation of stay and refund of payments made

Withdrawal from the contract and cancellation of the reservation of services must always be done as soon as possible, also stating the reason, in writing or by telephone with subsequent written confirmation with the following information: name and surname, date of stay, booking confirmation number and e-mail contact the reservation has been made. Withdrawal from the contract can be done only through the reception of the B&B on the phone number +421 903 996 188 or by e-mail to the address: penzionenrico@gmail.com

By booking, the customer fully agrees with the content of the cancellation policy. Upon cancellation of the reservation, the pension has the right to charge cancellation fees, which are listed when confirming the reservation.

Cancellation policy:
1. 28 – 8 days before the stay – 0% of the price of the stay
2. 7 – 1 days before the stay – 30% of the price of the stay
3. In case of no-show – 100% of the price of the stay

It is possible to change the reservation date once free of charge at least 21 days before arrival. Each additional change with a fee of 15, – € after consultation with the reception of the pension.

The method of refund, if the customer is entitled to it in accordance with these terms and conditions, is always made in the manner in which the reservation was paid. The total amount of refunded services in Euros will be reduced by all costs associated with the original payment of the customer (bank fees, fees for services for card payments, other fees associated with payment).

Start and realization of the stay

    1. After paying the deposit for the stay, the customer will be issued a proof of payment, which will confirm the reservation.
    2. When purchasing a stay voucher and after paying the full price of the stay, a voucher will be issued to the customer and sent to the e-mail or postal address by the service provider, which the customer must prove upon arrival at the pension and register at the reception.


    1. B&B Enrico Ždiar processes personal data in accordance with Act 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and amending certain laws and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”). We have taken the appropriate technical, organizational and personnel measures in accordance with EU regulations and the relevant legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.
    2. For the purpose of registration of the accommodated person, the following personal data are processed: name, surname, residence, date of birth, identity card number, obtained from the guest’s identity document, which he provided before the accommodation itself.
    3. Personal data will be processed manually and automatically by B&B Enrico Ždiar directly through its authorized employees and also through processors authorized by Penzión Enrico Ždiar on the basis of personal data processing contracts.
    4. List of entities to whom the guest’s personal data may be disclosed: Personal data will be provided or disclosed to third parties only on the basis of legal regulations.
    5. Personal data will be processed by Pension Enrico Ždiar for a period of 1 year from the last visit to the pension.
    6. If the guest believes that his / her personal data is being processed unauthorized, he / she may file a complaint with the supervisory body, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection for the territory of the Slovak Republic (www.uoou.sk).

These T&C’s enter into force and effect on 01.07.2021
