Cancellation policy
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. If canceled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the fee will be 30% of the total price of the reservation. If you do not arrive, the fee will be 100% of the total price of the reservation. A deposit of 30% is charged at the time of booking, and is payable via credit or debit card.
Terms of payment
The condition for confirming the binding reservation of services is the payment of a deposit in the amount of 30% of the price of the ordered services, which are generated by the system when booking. A deposit of 30% can be paid online using credit or debit card. The remaining amount will be charged upon arrival.
Check in, Check out
Check in is from 2pm to 8pm, check out until 10am. Later check in after 8pm or check out after 10am by mutual agreement. Please contact us either by phone or email before arrival.

Child up to 3 years without bed
A fee of € 5 / night for a baby cot is charged during booking. Breakfast for a child up to 3 years old is included in the price.
Accommodation with a pet
Yes, a small dog is allowed for an extra charge of € 7 / night, € 10 / night large dog. The fee is charged upon arrival.
All year-round surcharges
Tourist tax € 0.80 / night person older than 15 years charged on arrival.
